On January 5, 2015, Atlanta Public Schools launched Aesop as the sole source of substitute placement in the district. Aesop, provided by Frontline Technologies, is the nation’s leading automated substitute placement and absence management system, serving more than 4,000 districts nationwide. The new substitute management system is used exclusively to secure substitutes for teachers, counselors, media specialists, and at more than over 100 schools throughout the Atlanta Metropolitan Area.

• No need for hardware, software or phone lines at the district;
• Full access by phone and any device with internet access (including mobile devices);
• Virtually no down time;
• Aesop also saves countless hours of manual substitute calling, and provides efficient absence tracking and reporting.

• Log ID: “00” + your six-digit Lawson employee ID # (i.e. 00123456).
• Password: The PIN from Aesop Welcome Letter e-mail.
  If your PIN is not working, go to http://www.aesoponline.com/forgot_pin.asp and Aesop will email your PIN to the email address you have on file

• Go to http://www.aesoponline.com
• Login ID:  Full APS e-mail address (i.e. [email protected])
